A form of payment is required to confirm / guarantee your reservation. The IMIA group room rate is $189 plus applicable taxes. Rate is applicable three days pre and post based on room availability. The reservation cut-off date is November 01, 2016. After that date there is no guarantee of room or rate. Note: credit card is not run until day of arrival.

Alert! The government rate is $149 plus applicable taxes and is available on 11/28, 11/29 and 11/30. The night of 12/01 is available at the group rate of $189 plus applicable taxes. Your government identification must be shown on arrival date.

The use of a debit card at the time of check-in will initiate an immediate deduction from your bank account for your room rate inclusive of tax, for all room nights plus $50.00 per night for incidentals. Upon check out, any unused funds will be credited back to your bank account. Based upon the business rules of your bank, it may take up to 72 hours or longer to be processed.

Reservation Requirements The Hotel understands that all reservations will be made by Rooming List and will be submitted to the hotel on or before the cutoff date. Individual attendees will be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges. All reservations must be guaranteed with an individual credit card provided with the rooming list. Reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered No-Shows and a charge of two nights’ room and tax will be posted to the individual attendees credit card provided. Once Hotel receives rooming list with individual credit cards for each guest, each guest is solely responsible for his or her own charges on his or her guest folio. In the event the individual attendees’ credit card is invalid or charges are declined the hotel is responsible to collect on any financial issues
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled seven (7) days prior to arrival will be subject to two night room and tax cancellation fee. Regardless of how reservations are made, any reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered No-Shows and a charge of two nights room and tax will be posted to the individual Attendee’s credit card on file, once Hotel receives rooming list with individual credit cards for each guest.
