MORNING SESSION
Programming in the morning featured presentations on the latest company initiatives, future plans, engagement opportunities, product showcases, partner and customer profiles and success stories.
AFTERNOON PANEL DISCUSSIONS:
Two Panel Discussion sessions on how the featured partners work with others to bring products to market, and key trends and opportunities in the industry.
SESSION #1 — INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIPS
Discussion included what the featured partners look for when establishing new relationships, how they work with others, and what makes for lasting successful relationships. Partners discussed new opportunities for engagement, and how partnership relationships are evolving within the map industry.
SESSION #2 — CHANGING MARKETS AND MARKETPLACES
The market for printed and digital map products has changed considerably in the past decade, and in many cases, been accelerated by the Pandemic. Discussions focused on how the featured partners respond to those changes to bring product more effectively to market. Topics included the emergence of eCommerce and new marketplaces such as Amazon, digital product opportunities, and rethinking the management of business functions such as digital marketing, particularly in respect to outsourcing and partnership strategies.
